Abdulla is the Executive Director of Construction Management Services and has directed over $500 million of ground-up and occupied-rehabilitation construction projects.
Prior to Paths, Abdulla served as the President of Renewal Construction and worked as the Vice President of Development, where Abdulla used his multidisciplinary background in architecture,
construction, urban planning, finance, and community development to lead the acquisition and development of large-scale affordable housing projects throughout the United States.
Abdulla has also worked at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, a non-profit community development corporation that provides a comprehensive range of programs, including the development of affordable housing, to the East New York Community in Brooklyn. Abdulla received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas in Austin and a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard University. He also spent a year in Morocco as a
Fulbright scholar.
