Nicole Schuster founded Positive Trace to increase potential for positive impact by providing assistance to a wide variety of project teams looking to achieve high performance goals. Nicole brings over 20 years' architectural experience across sectors from single- and multifamily residential to commercial and institutional, as well as high-performance building design and passive building expertise. She is a registered Architect in New York State and received her Phius CPHC® in 2015. She is also a Phius Certified Trainer. Nicole is passionate about helping clients achieve efficient, healthy, and resilient buildings that benefit both people and the planet.
