Yarden Zamir is a Senior Policy Advisor at New York State’s Office of General Services (OGS), leading the Division of Resiliency and Sustainability team’s work on decarbonizing State buildings, renewable energy development, and greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting. Her work focuses on advancing the OGS Empire State Plaza Energy Infrastructure Master Plan and supporting strategic decarbonization planning. Yarden works with partners in utilities management, design and construction, and real estate to integrate sustainability and resilience into State operations. She holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning (MCRP) from Rutgers University, and a BA in Urban Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University.
