Phius
Haley Harlow is a Building Certification Manager for Phius, specializing in Design Certification reviews. In this role, she provides feedback, design guidance, and technical support to project teams pursuing Phius' climate-specific passive building standards. In addition, she currently manages Phius' feasibility study services, is a member of the R&D team, and assists with the development of the REVIVE Standard for high-performance retrofit projects.
Haley was inspired to pursue a career in high-performance building design and third-party rating systems after attending the Getting to Zero Forum as a member of NBI's Next-Gen mentorship & training program in 2021, then serving as a technical intern for Phius from 2021-2023. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Building Science & Sustainable Design from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
