With a background in sustainability, green building, and chemistry, Kena leads Consigli's Sustainability team by shaping departmental initiatives and supporting project teams to achieve client sustainability goals. In addition to her LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador credentials, Kena is a WELL Faculty member, an elite group that provides education and training on the WELL Building Standard and contributes to program development. Kena’s project experience includes dozens of LEED certifications under the Commercial Interiors, New Construction, and Core and Shell rating systems and the world’s first LEED v4 for Commercial Interiors Platinum certified project. She has also consulted on over half a dozen WELL projects, including the first WELL v1 CertifiedTM Interior at the Silver level in San Francisco, the first WELL Complaint Ground Up project in Northern California, the first WELL CertifiedTM project in Texas, and most recently the first WELL Health-Safety Rated projects in Dallas, TX. Additionally, Kena has been recognized in the industry as the recipient of the 2017 ELEVATE Rising Rock Star Award from CREW Bay Area chapters and The Registry, the Northern California Women in Real Estate Rising Star Award, a 2019 IWBI Leadership Award, and a 2020 IWBI Community Award. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for CREW San Francisco and achieved the CREW Network Leadership Certificate in 2019.
