Yazan Mhithawi, Director, Retrofit Consulting, brings over a decade of experience delivering energy efficiency and decarbonization retrofit projects across multifamily and commercial buildings. He has overseen complex projects including ventilation overhauls, heating system upgrades, and building electrification initiatives. His work spans project planning through construction oversight, including performance monitoring, functional performance testing (FPT), and measurement & verification (M&V). Yazan is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
