Anti-Racism In Action

Join us for a facilitated conversation around the topic of immigration and deportation and its impact(s) within the design & construction industry. The session will use a format NESEA's Anti Racist Action Group (ARAG) follows in its meetings; intended to create a space for dialogue of complex and critical issues. Led by experienced members of ARAG, we’ll start by practicing listening skills, then explore a media prompt with time for reflection in small groups. Join us as we share our experiences with this cooperatively led, peer-facilitated format, and show how it could work in your companies and communities.
