CFHF Electrification: Software-Driven Retrofit Screening and Data Insights
The Climate Friendly Homes Fund (CFHF) is a first-in-the-nation grant program aimed at covering 100% of projected electrification-related costs in retrofits of existing buildings. This session will explore how the CFHF, Cadence OneFive, and Bright Power teams collaborated to expedite the retrofit decarbonization process and then analyze building portfolio baseline data and the success of this streamlined process by comparing projected versus actual construction costs.
