The Curb-Cut Effect: Practical Tools for Engaging Neurodiverse Project Teams

Research estimates that at least 25% of people working in the AEC industry are neurodivergent, and yet most project teams are organized with the neurotypical brain in mind. Given that high-performance project teams require a high degree of collaboration, we cannot afford to continue running project teams that are not neuro-inclusive. This interactive session will introduce actionable steps that can be implemented on your project teams immediately to make them more neuro-inclusive, and will also demonstrate how these changes are beneficial to all team members thanks to the "curb-cut effect."
