Join a candid discussion between innovators in the field of multifamily green financing. Panelists will share the motivations behind their institutions' efforts to spur adoption of low-carbon building design and technologies, and how access to detailed M&V and performance data has enhanced their ability to fill gaps in multifamily mortgage financing and programs. They will also discuss and answer questions on the most promising opportunities for financing decarbonization, including proven models for scale and adoption, creative and new sources of capital, credit models, growing datasets, and new standards their institutions are setting.
