Getting a Phius Project to the Phinish Line: What You Need to Know

This panel will feature three construction professionals: architect, builder and rater/verifier, who have completed multiple certified Phius projects. Each professional will bring their unique perspective on what is needed to successfully complete a Phius project in a timely manner. They will share successful ideas on how to design, build and verify projects. Moreover, there will be discussions on the obstacles to completing a project and how to overcome them.

This session is approved for 1 credit hour toward AIA (LU), BOC, and NAHB certification. Those who attend a full day of the conference are additionally eligible for credit toward MA CSL, NARI, PHI, Phius, and RESNET certification.
