NYC Public Buildings and Public Housing: Strategies, Programs, Successes, and Failures

NYC agencies have a mandate to “lead by example” in energy / CO2 emission reduction. Strategies employed by public agencies to improve, manage, and upgrade their buildings will be presented at this session. Lessons being learned in housing, institutional and educational along with traditional commercial buildings will be discussed along with a presentation on how to quantify and measure successes and failures.
