Three Routes to Work: Recruiting, Retaining and Upskilling our Workforce

There is no one-size-fits-all strategy to workforce development. This panel will present three approaches that can build on one another to meet the industry’s goals for growing and refining our workforce. While each program represents a different strategy to recruit, train and upskill the next generation of employees, they each have gaps that require collaboration and open communication to succeed. We will take a look inside a state-funded on-the-job training program, a brand-new BPI certificate of knowledge, and an inner-city youth workforce program. Panelists will discuss equity, challenges and successes, and share how you can make a difference too.
