Tom LeBoeuf has over 15 years’ construction experience and is the owner of Northeast Craftsmen Group in Burlington Vermont. He attended University of Missouri-St. Louis, worked in construction in St. Louis, and moved back to Vermont in 2008. He has experience in Building Science, project procurement, estimating, project management, and as a foreman. He was vice-president of H.J. LeBoeuf & Son in Vergennes Vermont before launching his own business in the summer of 2016. Tom hit passive house airtightness on his very first blower door test on a high performance home in Middlebury Vermont. His company, Northeast Craftsmen Group, is a full service building company and cabinet/millwork shop. Project lists include historic restorations, renovations and new construction. Its approach combines sustainable building practices with the most current construction techniques.
