Griffin Teed is an Associate with the Deep Carbon Reduction Group at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has focused on developing existing building decarbonization roadmaps that utilize the most effective solutions available. His notable projects include 520 Madison Avenue, 120 Broadway, and 1411 Broadway. Additionally, Griffin initiated the firm’s Incentive Management service to maximize federal, state and utility incentives for clients.
Griffin has a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, and is a Certified Energy Manager of the Association of Energy Engineers. He is on the Government Affairs Committee for ASHRAE NY.
