Keegan Ebbets

Keegan Ebbets has 14 years of experience in the residential energy efficiency sector and currently works at ICF as the Program Manager for the Mass Save® Residential New Construction program. In this role, Keegan works closely with the Sponsors of Mass Save, as well as participating builders, developers and HERS rating companies to implement the new construction incentives and workforce development program. Prior to joining ICF, he spent time at CLEAResult as a Lead Energy Specialist and Field Operations Manager for the Residential Turnkey Services path of Mass Save. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Home Energy Rating System Alliance (NEHERS).
