Vesna Maneva is a senior landscape architect and planner with 20 years of experience in the planning and design of sustainable sites and vibrant urban environments. Applying her unique combination of professional training in architecture, landscape architecture, and planning, Vesna has contributed to a diverse array of projects including academic and community master planning, commercial and institutional site design, multi-modal streetscapes, as well as park and urban design.
She is currently the project manager for several transformative projects, which include the campus-wide renewal for Bristol County Agricultural High School in Dighton, MA; and the Breakwater, a climate-resilient harborwalk park and multi-family residential project in Lynn, MA. As one of Halvorson’s cemetery sector leads, Vesna has also contributed to Halvorson’s renowned work in planning and design for historic cemeteries, including Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA, Mount Hope in Rochester, NY, and Old Village Cemetery in Dedham, MA.
Vesna serves on the Conservation Commission for the Town of Westwood and is a registered landscape architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Recently, she presented “Water Use Reduction: Low Priority? Too Complex? Think Again!” at the 2020 ABX conference.
