Ambitious and detail-oriented individual who is passionate to bring clients' dream into life. My 4-year work as a realtor has built my communication skills with many clients from all manners of life. My experience in doing transactions gave me experience in coordinating multiple vendors, such as bankers, attorneys, property managers, property owners/buyers, mortgage & financial solutions, etc.… towards one goal. All of this in combination with my Master’s degree in Project Management and Civil Engineering would make a transition into real estate development career path an efficient transition.
In addition, I possess high attention to detail, extremely organized, strong observation sense, unwavering work ethic, quick learner and highly adaptable to new environments. I have experience, in academia, with project management software such as MS Project, Monday, Asana, BIM, Revit and NavisWorks.
