Amritha Rajan

Amritha Rajan is a Senior Project Manager at Bright Power, with over seven years of experience in New York City's building design sustainability industry. Her work focuses on high performance retrofits and green building certification program compliance not limited to Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), Energy Star, and LEED AP. She is a Certified Passive House Designer and LEED AP BD+C and has led over 30 building construction and retrofit projects, specializing in program compliance, testing and verification, building decarbonization and incentive procurement for affordable housing. A civil engineer by training, Amritha is currently pursuing her MBA at Yale University, with a focus on sustainability and asset management. She has been actively involved with the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association since 2022 and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the BuildingEnergy NYC 2025 Conference.
