Frank Nitti has over 12 years of professional experience in implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in the built environment. Specialties include LEED, healthy materials, benchmarking, EM&V, and building operations optimization through energy data analytics for commercial, and institutional buildings. Mr. Nitti currently manages the Multifamily existing building retrofit offerings through Mass Save® on behalf of National Grid. The program focuses on connecting residents and property owners with no-cost energy assessments to facilitate electrification, weatherization, mechanical system upgrades, lighting, controls, and other in-unit heat and hot water savings measures.
Frank has spent his career as an energy consultant in a wide range of markets; both new construction and retrofits in residential, commercial, institutional, and laboratory building types. This has afforded the insight into the opportunities and challenges our industry faces across the spectrum of the built environment as we move toward a clean energy future.
Frank is most passionate about family, above all else, with the mission to do everything to secure a brighter and better future for his daughter and striving for a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world.
