John has always been devoted to making this world a better place, whether as a student activist, Campaigner and Organizer for Greenpeace for nine years, or most recently a carpenter for six years building some of the most high performing homes in New England. He has been on the board of passivhausMAINE, and is one of the founding members of Passive House Rhode Island. He has a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic.
