Olivia Brady

Olivia Brady is an Energy Engineer with Karpman Consulting, where she is an experienced energy modeler, energy modeling-based submittal reviewer, and compliance tool developer. Her energy modeling work has been performed to quantify energy savings for design support and to document minimum energy code compliance and above code performance for programs like LEED and Energize Connecticut’s Energy Conscious Blueprint program. With a focus on details, Olivia has conducted over 50 energy modeling-based submittal reviews for several above code programs including the New Jersey Pay for Performance program, the EPA ENERGY STAR MFHR/MFNC programs, and Energize Connecticut’s Whole Building and Energy Conscious Blueprint programs. In her role as a compliance tool developer, she contributes to the creation and enhancement of tools for incentive and above code programs. Additionally, her team created the energy modeling simulation guidelines for Massachusetts Stretch Energy Code relative and targeted performance paths for which she is the lead compliance tool developer.
