Rachel Wagner is the owner of through design in Duluth, MN. Rachel has a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and is a licensed architect in Wisconsin. She specializes in high performance residential design, and tries to create things that are relevant today and even more relevant in the future. through design is a one-person consulting firm focused on education, advocacy, policy and process aimed at creating and implementing appropriate responses to climate change and environmental injustice.
