Caitriona Cooke serves as a representative to owners during all phases of design and construction, primarily for non-profit owners and developers with an emphasis on sustainable building issues. Her responsibilities include project management and construction oversight.
Prior to her current role, Cooke was Director of the Building Performance Group, CLEAResult (formerly Conservation Services Group), where she was responsible for the regional operations of CLEAResult’s high performance building services, including consulting contract work with a wide range of commercial and institutional clients; design consulting for high performance buildings, enclosure consulting, commissioning, retro-commissioning and building diagnostic testing. Managed a team of twenty staff working on LEED for Homes and Mid-Rise projects, National Green Building Standard initiatives, and ENERGY STAR® Homes and Multifamily High Rise services. Conducted trainings for both internal CLEAResult staff and external industry professionals.
Range of skills and abilities include strong project management, construction oversight and green/sustainable building background. Successfully managed a variety of projects from large-scale new construction to major renovations in the multifamily and affordable housing sector, and possesses a high degree of familiarity with construction project management, high performance building details, LEED, and ENERGY STAR.
Previously, Cooke was a Senior Associate at Pinck and Company, where she fulfilled Owner’s Representative and Lead Project Manager functions for various construction projects while specializing in energy efficient and green building issues. In addition she served as Project Manager at EMRG, Inc. Construction Company where she was responsible for all aspects of project management and construction oversight. Cooke currently serves on the Board of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), served on the “Getting to Net Zero” Task Force for the City of Cambridge, and is a member of USGBC MA Chapter, Residential Green Building Committee
