Brad Hevenor is a commercial real estate appraiser active in the southern New England market. The owner of Rhode Island’s first PHIUS-certified Passive House, Brad has a deep interest in sustainable and high-performance buildings. He has completed the Appraisal Institute's Valuation of Sustainable Buildings Professional Development Program for commercial properties and is the only Rhode Island appraiser listed on AI’s Valuation of Sustainable Buildings Commercial Registry. Brad is dedicated to bringing stakeholders together to understand the role of the real estate appraisal and the appraisal profession in the marketplace for energy-efficient and high performance construction.
