Dan Whittet

Dan is a Sustainability Consultant in the Energy Services department at AHA. He has been a part of the high performance building field as a contractor, designer, developer and consultant on work across the United States for over three decades. His practice at AHA focuses on LEED project management for both New Construction and Existing Buildings, as well as Energy Audits and Code compliance. His project experience includes participation in over twenty million SF of LEED Gold projects. He is an accredited LEED AP for BD&C as well as EBOM and holds the ASHRAE BEAP (Building Energy Audit Professional) certification. He is a voting member of the standing project committee for the ASHRAE 189.1 standard for high performance buildings involved with working groups for Energy, Materials and Commissioning sections.
