Nicole Schuster, AIA, CPHC, is the founding Principal of Positive Trace Architecture, where she brings nearly two decades of architectural experience focusing on building science, passive house consulting, sustainability, and envelope consulting. As a registered architect in New York State, Nicole's diverse experience spans project types including residential, multifamily, schools, offices, hotels, and medical buildings. Nicole's leadership roles, including heading the Building Science team at a mid-sized firm, have equipped her with a deep understanding of how to create buildings that not only minimize environmental impact but promote occupant health and wellbeing. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable practices, Nicole helps clients achieve efficient, healthy, and resilient buildings that benefit both people and the planet.
