Michael Black has been employee of the City of Cambridge for over 10 years. The King Open/Cambridge Street Upper School & Community Complex is the sixth project that he has led as the City’s Owners Project Manager. Mr. Black and his staff are directly responsible for preparing all budgets and Requests for Qualifications and Proposals for the Designer Selection and Construction Manager at Risk processes. These responsibilities include oversite of all design and construction activities through project closeout. Mr. Black has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
