Ashley Wisse

Ashley has over 15 years of experience in high-performance building design, construction oversight, and nonprofit leadership. As Director of Green Building Services at New Ecology, Inc., she currently manages the design, construction, and renovation of multifamily affordable housing across the Northeast and leads a team of Project Managers and Energy Raters. Her expertise spans integrated project facilitation, policy interpretation, systems integration, and certification delivery for programs such as Passive House (Phius), LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, and Energy Star. Ashley was also the design team lead for the award-winning Colonial II project in Rome, NY, the first Net Zero Carbon multifamily project in New York State, where she facilitated the team’s installation of geothermal heating and cooling systems, both on-site and off-site solar PV, and completion of multiple rating system certifications. She is recognized for her collaborative approach, combining technical precision with a commitment to housing equity and long-term sustainability. Ashley continues to advance the industry through research, technical innovation, and policy advocacy in support of a more resilient and energy-efficient built environment.
