Christopher Cafiero

Christopher is the On-Site Property Manager of 200 Central Park South, a luxury 560,000 sqft residency. He has not only collaborated with engineers and technical staff on all energy efficiency improvement projects at the property but also been a part of the Board's decision-making by providing his input and insights. Prior to his current position as a Property Manager, Christopher was the President and Co-Founder of Nuance Innovative Shading Solutions LLC, where he worked with different stakeholders, from engineers and architects to contractors, to ensure smooth project completion. These experiences have helped him transition to his current role seamlessly and become a successful property manager.
