Cody Berwick is a 2-year associate of Bensonwood, working in New Project Development, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and homeowners to develop high performance solutions for custom homes using off-site construction methods. Over the last decade, he has worked with residential project teams in a variety of capacities to achieve goals using innovative practices and procedures. In addition to home building Cody has extensive knowledge of sustainable energy technology including solar, electrical, and energy storage systems. He has participated in several Net-Zero and Passive House projects, realizing cutting edge architectural designs adapted for off-site panelized construction. He is inspired by education and implementation of systems that advance the way teams approach home construction, pushing forward towards sustainable living.
