Cory Herrala is the Director of Technical Affairs, Sustainability and Resiliency at the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and is a supervisor in the Preservation Department, where he has worked since 2007. He is the LPC liaison for interagency initiatives involving resiliency and sustainability, and makes presentations, conducts internal studies and advises LPC staff on these wide-ranging topics. Cory earned a M.H.P. in historic preservation from the University of Maryland and a professional M.Arch. in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
