Craig Simmons has more than nine years’ experience in computer simulations, whole building energy analysis, utility programs, and codes compliance. In his role at VEIC and Efficiency Vermont, Craig identifies, advocates for and advises on energy efficiency improvements in new construction and existing industrial, commercial and multi-family buildings and facilities. Craig is specialized in commercial building new construction programs, including Efficiency Vermont’s Net Zero Pilot Program. In addition, Craig previously worked as a consultant in Boston, MA providing guidance to owners and designers in pursuit of LEED certification, utility incentive programs (including Mass Saves and NYSERDA), federal tax credits, and compliance with state energy efficiency requirements throughout New England (including MA Stretch Code) and internationally.
