Crista manages the Energy & Sustainability department at Taitem Engineering. Her work experience includes designing HVAC systems for multifamily and commercial buildings, designing solar PV systems, conducting large building energy audits, delivering energy audit and construction management trainings, energy modeling and managing large contracts within this field. In 2013, she functioned as a technical expert for developing Technical Guidelines for Multifamily Energy Audits for the Department of Energy. In 2009, Crista received national recognition for her work from Consulting Specifying Engineer Magazine as one of their “40 Under 40″ outstanding young engineers. She has a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
