Daniel Levy

Daniel Levy specializes in consulting and training for Passive construction, especially using autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). He is building "Bellwether on Main," a duplex project in Hillsdale, NY. The structure is AAC, with stucco directly applied to external Comfortboard mineral wool. The stucco product is not a reservoir coating. The building is similar to his previous project, the Woodstock Passive House, which combined AAC with Foamglas™, rigid mineral wool, and cellulose insulation. Dan is a Certified Passive House Consultant, PHIUS Certified Builder, and LEED AP.
