Declan Keefe is a founding member and co-owner of Placetailor, an employee-owned cooperative based in Boston that designs, builds, and develops custom-fit energy efficient architecture. As the Strategic Director at Placetailor, Declan directs a skilled team of 12 designers, carpenters and energy geeks. He is a LEED AP and a Certified Passive House Consultant.
