Derick Kowalczyk

Derick leads the Con Edison Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (MEEP), Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP), and Clean Heat Program. Previously, Derick has worked on energy programs at New York Power Authority (NYPA), New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG), and Rochester Gas & Electric (RG&E). Most notably, Derick led the nation’s largest green financing program, the Fannie Mae Green Measurement & Verification program, to collect and calculate energy performance metrics at over 4,000 multifamily properties. He holds a Masters in Sustainable Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Multifamily Building Analyst certification from Building Performance Institute.
