Francisco Arias

Francisco’s experience includes a wide variety of building typologies and complex systems. His expertise encompasses benchmarking, energy auditing, retro-commissioning, measurement & verification, LL97 Emissions/decarbonization roadmaps, electrification strategies, central heating and cooling plant optimization and development of climate action plans. As a project manager, Francisco has led numerous successful energy projects of various sizes and complexity across the Northeast. His involvement with current and leading-edge energy solutions translates into his approach in each project. In his spare time, Francisco mentors students at his alma mater, the City College of New York, and is an active member of the Amateur Astronomer Association of New York.
