Gerrit Geurs

Gerrit Geurs is a licensed architect in the State of New York, with over 35 years of experience with building programming, design, renovation, construction, Department of Buildings approvals, and project budgeting. He currently works for the City University of New York’s (CUNY) Department of Design Construction and Management where he oversees a portfolio of over twenty buildings, managing capital improvements from budget requests, public procurement of design and construction services, and the design and construction processes through project completion.
