J. Kelly Hearnsberger

Kelly Hearnsberger serves as the Vice President of Advanced Product Marketing. He joined the company in November 2008 and has over 29 years of professional experience leading product development, industrialization and execution of critical projects to serve various markets. Kelly overseas technology and market introduction activities for next generation product portfolios including split systems, gas furnaces, residential package equipment, ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality. Prior to Daikin, Kelly held progressive engineering and management roles with industrial and automotive companies producing products including high pressure gas containers and premium drive train assemblies. Kelly earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and has worked in multiple overseas assignments.
