John BolducEnvironmental Planner Community Development
John Bolduc has been an environmental planner in the Cambridge Community Development Department since 1997. His duties focus on developing local climate protection strategies and policies to both reduce the community's greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for climate change impacts.
John has been involved in developing Cambridge's green building policies, including LEED requirements for private and municipal buildings, adoption of the Stretch Energy Code, supporting the City's climate advisory committee, and managing the climate change vulnerability assessment. Currently he is also managing the implementation of Cambridge's recently adopted Building Energy Use Disclosure Ordinance.
