As part of the LISC Massachusetts team, Joe supports their growing building decarbonization work, advancing green and affordable housing through day-to-day management of their flagship deep energy retrofit financing program, solar technical assistance program, and 500+ member peer learning network.
Joe brings expertise in building decarbonization, climate resiliency, and building up under-resourced communities. Before joining LISC, he worked at Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), engaging in the analysis of past energy projects, management of green capital project implementation, and applications to GRRP funding for deep energy retrofits. Prior to POAH, Joe served as Project Manager for the Cambridge Housing Authority and Real Estate Analyst for the KMA Companies.
Joe holds a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy & Planning from Tufts University.
