Kelly Folsom has created and taught job-readiness bridge courses for the City of Boston since 2015. He has developed curriculum to help people transition to career pathways in commercial truck driving, culinary, emergency medical services, and weatherization. The bridge courses he has designed build relevant soft skills and emphasize reflection and feedback-- while incorporating contextualized technical skill development.
