Kelly Westby

Kelly Westby is the Managing Director of Building Operations, Decarbonization, and Efficiency at Steven Winter Associates, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 professionals across seven service lines. The work includes training over 2,500 building operators, inspecting more than 300 heat pump installations, supporting over $11 million in energy efficiency incentives, and developing net zero energy roadmaps for multifamily, commercial, and institutional clients. She also contributes to the broader industry as a podcast host, ASHRAE Decarbonization Committee Chair, conference leader, and speaker, all with the goal of accelerating decarbonization through inclusive, practical, and people-focused solutions. She is driven by connecting people’s aspirations to purpose-driven teams so they can collaboratively solve complex performance challenges in the built environment.
