Kenna Lauer

As an Associate Program Manager at Abode Energy Management, Kenna supports the implementation of the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank (MCCB) at MassHousing's Energy Saver Home Loan Program (ESHLP). In this role, she helps advance ESHLP's mission to expand access to affordable financing and decarbonization technical assistance, enabling homeowners to pursue meaningful energy-efficiency upgrades to their homes. She collaborates with program partners to streamline operations as the program evolves and to ensure a supportive experience for both contractors and homeowners.

Kenna also serves as Programming Committee Co-Chair for the Boston Chapter of the New England Women in Energy & the Environment (NEWIEE), where she helps plan chapter events that bring together professionals across the energy and environment sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.
