Larry S. Katz utilizes a 30+ year engineering career to identify and analyze energy efficiency recommendations for multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has assessed energy efficiency projects for feasibility and potential cost reduction/ROI, including boiler systems, lighting, refrigeration, demand management, and on-site power generation.
Larry is the co-author of Energy Calculations & Problem Solving Sourcebook, a guide for the Association of Energy Engineers’ Certified Energy Manager exam. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, as well as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) credentials from the Association of Energy Engineers.
