Ms. Lelek is a registered mechanical engineer with over 25 years of professional experience on commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. She specializes in building energy modeling, energy efficiency studies, and commissioning services for energy efficiency projects for new and existing buildings. Ms. Lelek is a member of ASHRAE, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Energy Manager. She holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and environmental sciences.

Ms. Lelek is currently a principal at Andelman and Lelek Engineering, a consulting firm that offers mechanical engineering services related particularly to energy efficiency, facilities planning, and sustainable building development.

Ms. Lelek has been working in support of the utility incentive programs in MA and New England for almost 25 years. She has also been serving on various advisory committees and task forces dealing with developing energy efficiency guidelines and standards for the region.
