Mark Pignatelli has over 15 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. He is currently a Senior Manager at ICF responsible for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs including management of the Mass Save Residential New Construction Program, Mass Save Heating & Cooling, and Energize Connecticut Passive House training initiative. Combined, these offers promote the benefits of residential high performance new construction, energy efficient equipment, and workforce development with a goal to maximize energy efficiency. He works closely with Utility clients, HERS Raters, builders, developers and architects to transform the market towards above-code new construction, drive deeper energy savings, maximize energy efficiency incentives and expand the Passive House professional workforce in MA and CT. He is currently a member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals, Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts, Northeast Sustainable Energy Association and holds an Enterprise Program Management and HERS Associate certification. He also serves on his local town’s environmental committee.
