Sarah Newman

Sarah has a PhD in Astrophysics from UC Berkeley, and since earning her degree has worked in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy as a Senior System Design Engineer at UGE Intl., writing software to model and design hybrid renewable energy microgrid systems, and as a Data Scientist at Bright Power, exploring how machine learning algorithms can be applied to building energy efficiency.
