Dr. Stefan Hardt is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MeteoViva GmbH, the parent company of MeteoViva Inc. He is responsible for the engineering group that implements MeteoViva Climate, as well as for software development and data center support group.

Prior to joining MeteoViva, Stefan was DirectorProfessional Services Central Europe at Sybase, where here he led a team of 110 professionals and was responsible for the Consulting and Education business for Central Europe.

In 2005, while still employed at Sybase, heand Markus Werner started working on a prototype of MeteoViva Climate. Inspired by theidea to achieve large savings by proactive HVAC equipment management, Stefan built the scalable IT infrastructure behind MeteoViva Climate in his spare time. In 2009, he left Sybase to become Managing Director of MeteoViva.
